Buzkashi

Buzkashi is not a spectacle. It is an organized interference that develops in the space/time of a street, while its elements juxtapose with elements proposed by the intervention.

The cast disputes an object, play the game, and the performers make specific actions, continuous, reflections. The text is crossings of thoughts. Increasingly, human relations are based on material interests, an incessant devoir of objects that arouse one unique game. Of life and death. Of feast and war. After it´s opening in the 13o Festival de Teatro, Mostra Fringe, in the city of Curitiba/PR in march of 2004, followed by it´s presentation in the Mostra Palco Giratório by SESC in Florianópolis, Buzkashi participated in the project Projeto Palco Giratório SESC Nacional in october of 2004. In this project Buzkashi was presented in Salvador/BA and Macapá/AP and also participated in the Mostra Palco Giratório in the city of Brasília/DF.
